Pristine, ambrosial, weighty.
A pristine explosion of peach nectar, orange blossoms and Poire Williams on the nose leads to a similarly ambrosial palate of golden apples, honey and pears. Weighty and kissed with just enough sweetness to make the fruit pop, this is another great example of Tinhorn Creek's Pinot Gris.
Pair:
Grilled salmon, spicy crab cakes, prawns, baked chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce or seasonal turkey dinners.
